I love the recipideos and think they are one of the most innovative ways to learn or improve your cooking – the stuffed eggplant recipe is my fave and something that I make often as it has become a family favourite.
I make stuffed artichokes and also breaded artichokes (recipe from my husband’s Sicilian aunt) but I will try the recipideo recipe for sure!
I use Aurora artichoke hearts in brine for my ‘almost’ famous artichoke dip and the Allessia artichoke bruschetta has become a pantry staple to serve with Aurora multigrain rusks for entertaining or a late night snack.
Do I win?????

My all-time favorite way to enjoy artichokes is simply boiled in water with lemon and then having fun peeling each leaf and scraping it with my teeth! It only gets better as you get closer and closer to the heart, yum!! Thanks Aurora!

Aurora marinated artichokes are a priority in our home. When we run out of lettuce, the marinated artichokes complaints to any meat or fish dinners. Have you tried the artichoke bruschetta on pizza, omg to die for, variety is the spice of life. Salute’

In Italy, artichoke hearts in oil are the usual vegetable for ‘spring’ section of the ‘Four Seasons’ pizza (with olives for summer, mushrooms for autumn, and prosciutto for winter)

Artichokes are my all time favourite! I trim them up them steam them with some water, olive oil, garlic, salt and parsley then simmer/steam them for about an hour or so until tender, just like my Mom used to make!! MMMMmmmm…….so good! Although, I will try that Artichoke Bruschetta…..looks tasty too!

The best thing about Lidia’s recipes on TV is the size of the portions… “ITALIAN FAMILY STYLE!!!”

I love all aurora products if you come and check my cupboards everything is stocked with aurora. Love their sea salt just tried it and its absolutely amazing u must try their aurora egg noodles fettucine are my favourite and their rice is absolutely amazing. Now their tomatoes it is a waste for you to make them in the summer cause you buy their puree and canned tomatoes so esquisite and their cherry tomatoes are so juicy and delicious. So wod of advice do not make tomatoe jars in the summer its a waste buy aurora products they r the best.
