Illy Affogato

Serving Size: 1 Preparation Time: 10 Minutes

  • • 1 cup Illy Double Espresso

    • 85 grs Vanilla or Chocolate Gelato

    • 1⁄4 cup Whipped Cream

    • 1 dash Coca Powder

  • • Place a ball of gelato into your glass (about 85 g).

    • Prepare the espresso and pour over the gelato

    • Add whipped cream and sprinkle with dark cocoa powder.

    • You can serve the espresso in a separate milk pot and pour the espresso in front of your guests
