2 314ml jars allessia piquillo peppers
1/3 cup greek yogurt
2 tablespoons Aurora extra virgin olive oil
Pinch Aurora Kosher salt
Auroras Crostini, for garnish
Fresh dill, for garnish
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Drain the Allessia Piquillo Peppers, then blend with yogurt and salt while slowly streaming in olive oil.
Chill soup in refrigerator for at lease 2 hours.
Serve the soup topped with crumbled crostini, fresh dill, and black pepper.
