Flank Steak with Salsa Verde

    • 2 1/2 pounds flank steak

    • 1 tablespoon Aurora Avocado Oil

    • Aurora Kosher Salt , to taste

    • freshly ground black pepper, to taste

    • Salsa Verde - separate recipe

    Serving Ideas: A very versatile cut of meat!!! Use flank steak for fajitas, tacos, salad, stir-fries, sandwiches and so much more!

  • Remove flank steak from the refrigerator 20 minutes before grilling.

    Rub the flank steak with the avocado oil and season both sides well with salt and pepper.

    Preheat grill to high and oil grates. Grill flank steak, covered, 4–6 minutes per side or until desired doneness.

    Let rest under foil for 10 minutes, slice thinly against the grain, top with Salsa Verde, and enjoy!
