Italian Style Salsa Verde

1/2 tablespoon finely chopped, fresh hot peppers
1 tablespoon finely chopped, red onion
4 Allessia anchovy fillets, finely chopped
1 tablespoon Aurora capers, finely chopped
1 big handful fresh flat leaf parsley, finely chopped
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup Basso Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Aurora Kosher salt
fresh ground black pepper
Serving Ideas: Add more oil if used as a dip or marinade... less oil if used a topping or condiment.

Add all the ingredients into a medium bowl, then slowly stir in the olive oil until you achieve the desired consistency.
Balance the flavours with a touch of salt, black pepper and maybe a little more lemon juice.
Yield: 3/4 cup
