Garden Tomato with Taralli

Start to Finish Time: 5 minutes

    • 1 large Beefsteak tomato, locally grown

    • Frantoi Cutrera Extra Virgin Olive Oil

    • Aurora Kosher Salt

    • Aurora cured black olives

    • lemon juice

    • Aurora Taralli Baresi

    • Fresh basil

    Serving Ideas: Great as a light meal or a side dish to just about any dish

  • Cut the tomato into 1/2 inch slices with a serrated knife.

    Drizzle with lots of extra virgin olive oil.

    Season to taste with Kosher salt.

    Top with as much or as little olives.

    Drizzle with a little fresh lemon juice.

    Top with crumbled Taralli.

    Finish with fresh basil.
