Gnocchi all Ortolina e Rosamarina

    • 500g Aurora Potato Gnocchi

    • 1/2 tablespoon Aurora Minced Garlic

    • 65g Rodolfi Ortolina

    • 2 tablespoons Tutto Calabria Rosamarina Sauce

    • Aurora Extra Virgin Olive Oil

    • freshly grated Parmigiano cheese

    • fresh basil leaves, for garnish

    Serving Ideas: Serve smaller portions to make this a great little appetizer!

  • Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a large nonstick pan over medium heat. Add gnocchi, toss to coat, and cook until golden and crisp, about 4 minutes.

    Add garlic, cook 1 minute. Stir in Ortolina, Rosamarina sauce, and Parmigiano one at a time, mixing well after each.

    Drizzle in 1 tbsp olive oil and cook, tossing, until crispy and charred, about 2 minutes.

    Transfer to a serving dish and top with Parmigiano and fresh basil.
