Gnocchi all Ortolina e Rosamarina

500g Aurora Potato Gnocchi
1/2 tablespoon Aurora Minced Garlic
65g Rodolfi Ortolina
2 tablespoons Tutto Calabria Rosamarina Sauce
Aurora Extra Virgin Olive Oil
freshly grated Parmigiano cheese
fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a large nonstick pan over medium heat. Add gnocchi, toss to coat, and cook until golden and crisp, about 4 minutes.
Add garlic, cook 1 minute. Stir in Ortolina, Rosamarina sauce, and Parmigiano one at a time, mixing well after each.
Drizzle in 1 tbsp olive oil and cook, tossing, until crispy and charred, about 2 minutes.
Transfer to a serving dish and top with Parmigiano and fresh basil.
