Macerated Strawberries Ladyfingers

    • 12 Vicenzovo, Strawberry Ladyfingers

    • 1 pint fresh local strawberries, cut into small pieces

    • 1/2 cup sweet Marsala wine

    • 2 tablespoons sugar

    • 2 cups whipped cream

    • 1 lemon, zested

    Serving Ideas: Make ahead of time for the perfect quick and easy dessert.

  • Combine strawberries, Masala, and sugar in a bowl. Mix and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight to macerate.

    Macerating softens strawberries by soaking them in sugar, drawing out juices for a sweeter, syrupy result.

    Layer 3 ladyfingers in 4 dishes, top with macerated strawberries and juices, then add whipped cream and lemon zest.
