Servings: 6

Preparation Time: 5 minutes

Start to Finish Time: 30 minutes

    • 8 to 10 cups day old bread torn into bite-size pieces

    • 2 tablespoons Aurora Extra Virgin Olive Oil

    • 1 can (398ml) Rodolfi Pizza Sauce

    • 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmigiano cheese

    • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

    • fresh basil, for garnish

Serving Ideas: Feel free to add extra toppings like La Bomba for heat or pepperoni for some meaty saltiness.

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Place day-old bread in a large bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and toss to coat. Gradually add pizza sauce, tossing between additions to evenly coat the bread.

Spread in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and top with Parmigiano and mozzarella.

Bake at 15–20 minutes until golden and crispy. Garnish with basil and serve.

    Enjoy!
