Yogurt Peanut Butter and Berries

Preparation Time: 5 minutes

    • 1 cup Greek yogurt, plain, lowfat

    • 1 tablespoon Planters Peanut Butter (crunchy or smooth)

    • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

    • 1/2 tablespoon Aurora Wild Flower Honey

    • 1 cup frozen berries

    Serving Ideas: Fresh fruit works too! Use your favorite!

  • In a bowl mix together all the ingredients. Let sit for 15 minutes before eating. This will allow the frozen fruit to thaw and the chia seeds to soften.
