    • 2 tablespoons Aurora Extra Virgin Olive Oil

    • 1 teaspoon Aurora minced garlic

    • 1 398ml can Rodolfi Arrabbiata (spicy) Tomato Sauce

    • 6 extra large eggs

    • Aurora Coarse Sea Salt

    • fresh basil, for garnish

    • bread, for accompaniment

    Serving Ideas: Use the best quality tomato sauce and eggs!

  • Heat oil in a lidded nonstick pan, sauté garlic for 1 minute, then add tomato sauce and simmer 5 minutes.

    Reduce heat to medium-low. Crack eggs into the sauce, cover, and cook 2–3 minutes until whites set and yolks stay runny.

    Remove from heat, season with salt, garnish with basil, and serve with bread.
